D'oh! Elbows in. Garudasana legs good! Here is an idea of what they did in the Yogaglo class, minus scorpion bending in the back, I put these blocks too far away from the wall for handstand practice in this picture Compensating for lifting my head by arching in the back, hips need to be over shoulders more, nice to find some distance in the splits. No blocks
